This website is operated by Meshit Solutions for the Ratnayog brand.

What we collect

• Birth details you enter (name, date, time and place of birth) to calculate charts.
• If you log in: your Ratnayog account (mobile number), saved charts and questions you ask the AI astrologer.
• Feedback you send us.
• Which pages you open and what you do on the site (for example, making a chart or asking a question), with a random visitor cookie, so we can see what people look for and improve the service. For a chart made without logging in we keep only its astrological summary and the birth city and year — not your name or birth time.

How we use it

• To calculate your chart and answer your questions. Questions and chart data are sent to our AI provider to generate answers.
• We share your birth details with Ratnayog astrologers or the Ratnayog store only with your consent (for example, when you order a report).
• We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

AI conversations, and the messages of consultations that have ended, are deleted automatically after two years without activity. Your account and saved charts stay until you delete them.

Your choices

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can, from your profile page: withdraw your consent to share birth details with astrologers, download everything we hold about you, and delete your account. You can also write to info@ratnayog.com to access or correct your data.
